DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING METHODS:
Our shipping method is through the parcel company.
We ship to Spain and mainland Portugal, to the Balearic Islands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Denmark, Austria, Slovenia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic and Sweden.
Spain and Portugal:
The shipping cost is €6.99 for shipments of 1 to 3 items. €12.99 for shipments of 4 items. €20.99 for shipments of 5 to 10 garments, with delivery of 2-4 days working days for Spain and mainland Portugal and 4-6 working days for the Balearic Islands. This delivery period may be extended during periods such as Christmas, sales, Black Friday or other problems such as stock shortages. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will ship out the next business day.
*Delivery times include business days, they do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays (local or national).
*Your order may be canceled and refunded due to lack of stock, even when it has a delivery confirmation date.
*If the package is lost, we will send another one as soon as possible as long as we have stock, otherwise we will refund the order and shipping costs.
We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up by the parcel company.
Either the parcel company or we will send you an email and/or SMS with the tracking number when your order leaves our facilities. This email contains a link in case you need to specify another delivery date or modify the delivery address data.
If you made the purchase as a registered user, you can also track it by logging into your user account on our website.
To deliver your order, it is necessary that, at the time of delivery, you sign and provide your ID so that there are no incidents.

Shipments to other countries have a delivery time of 6 to 8 business days with a cost of €19 to €49 depending on the number of products contained in the order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Returns are allowed within the first 15 calendar days following receipt of the order and the customer will be responsible for the costs. Returns will be made once the product is received in perfect condition and with the original labeling. In case of manufacturing defects or erroneous product, the period will be 1 day from receipt, prior communication to lambadaoficial@gmail.com. In these cases LAMBADA will replace the product at no cost to the customer. ACCESSORIES AND COMPLEMENTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
RETURNS
Spain and Portugal:
If you want to make a return, you can do so within 15 calendar days of receiving it, and you can do it in two ways:
- You can send it to us yourself with the parcel company you prefer to the address of our warehouse: Calle Argensola 19/1º DCHA, Monzalbarba (Zaragoza) 50120 ESPAÑA. WE ARE ONLY AN ONLINE STORE. Don't forget to leave a note inside the box with the buyer's details of the order you are returning.
- If you prefer, we can take care of picking up the package at your home for €6.99 . You just have to click on RETURN, complete your information, make the payment and in less than 24 business hours the parcel company will pick it up. We do not accept freight collect shipments under any circumstances. The parcel company will make a collection attempt if the customer is not at home at the time of collection. The customer is responsible for notifying the parcel company or Lambada through the following email lambadaoficial@gmail.com within the deadline. maximum of 14 business days from the return request created in the Online store.
Once you arrive at our facilities and we verify that all the items in your order are correct, you will receive an email indicating that your order has been refunded in the same payment method you placed it. If you want to return an item from any country other than Spain or Portugal, you can do so within a period of 15 calendar days from receipt. SIZE CHANGE
This service is only available in Spain and Portugal.
If the size you ordered does not fit you and you want to change it for another size, just send us an email to: lambadaoficial@gmail.com indicating your order number, the size you need, the model and your telephone number. In less than 24 business hours we will contact you to manage the change. This service has a cost of €7.99 and is used to make quick size changes. It is only available if we have stock of the size you need.
This service includes the courier bringing you the size you need and at the same time picking up the size that does not fit you.
In this way we ensure that you have the correct size in 48/72 business hours without having to first return your order and then place another order with the time that this would entail.
PREPARING THE PACKAGE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Introduce the products with their original labeling in the same box that arrived or, failing that, one with the same characteristics. You do not have to add any information since the parcel company will label it when you pick it up.
Important : The name, surname, email and telephone number of the person making the return must be exactly the same as the person making the purchase.
CONTINUITY PRODUCTS:
These products are kept in stock from one season to the next and depending on the costs of raw materials and production, their prices may change upwards or downwards.
